Students Mobility Program
WHAT ?
European schools – both official and accredited – offer the possibility of hosting other students as well as supporting their students to visit other Europan schools.
Both can take place as real exchanges (one-to-one visits) or as one-way visits.
FOR WHOM ?
Pupils in S4.
WHERE ?
Exchanges take place in official or accredited European schools. The list of participating schools is available in the document Participating Schools_2024-2025.
WHEN ?
The Mobility program takes place in S5 during the 1st semester, from September to December, before the Christmas holidays.
Application procedures
- Parents have to fill in the Mobility Application Form
- Parents should print, sign, and scan the completed Mobility Application Form and Parent Consent Form
- Pupils should explain in a letter the reasons for applying to an exchange programme and their expectations. They can include information about which subjects they enjoy the most at school, their hobbies and other sport or leisure activities they practice. They can also provide information about their personality and interests. This information will be used to help finding a host family.
The letter (Word or PDF) should not make more than one page and be written in Arial size 11 police. - Send the completed and signed Mobility Application Form AND motivation letter to the mobility programme coordinator, Mrs Masima Mangenot masima.mangenot@ac-versailles.fr
