Sport Association

ROWING:

Thanks to a partnership with the Club de la Basse Seine, located only 200 meters from our school, students have the opportunity to row on the Seine in Yolette, canoe-skiff, or board. When outdoor conditions are not favorable, they have access to the club’s weight room, ergometer room, and rowing machines. Competitions may also be offered throughout the year.

There is also a pathway with the club’s training sessions for the most motivated students who wish to further develop their skills in this sport.
👉 For students who are already “experienced” (with at least one year of practice), the coach may propose an additional training session on Saturdays from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.

MULTI-ACTIVITIES:

During this slot, students can challenge each other in table tennis matches, discover emerging sports such as Spikeball or Pickleball, and also take part in larger, more traditional group games.

In a spirit of recreation and friendliness, everyone can have fun, stay active, and strengthen ties with classmates.

WEIGHT TRAINING:

Students will have the opportunity to maintain their physical fitness according to their personal goals in a modern, well-equipped room, with numerous machines and a wide variety of equipment.

FEES AND REGISTRATION:

Multi-activities and Weight Training

• Please complete the registration form and return it to your PE teacher, along with a €45 check payable to the Sports Association of the European School Paris La Défense.

• Payment by Pass+ check is also accepted.

Rowing

• Submit the registration form along with two checks:

  • €45 payable to the Sports Association of the European School Paris La Défense

  • €58.25 payable to the Société Nautique de la Basse Seine (covering only the federal license fee, required for insurance purposes).
