The school is currently housed on two different sites while awaiting its permanent building, which will also be located in Courbevoie.

The site hosting the nursery and primary cycles is located at 80 rue Eugène Caron in Courbevoie. This recently constructed building, compliant with HQE environmental standards, was renovated by the municipality to be made available to the European School at the start of the 2019 school year.
There are two language sections: a French-speaking section and an English-speaking section.
Children aged 4 to 5 are enrolled in the nursery cycle.
Children aged 6 to 10 attend the primary cycle. The school includes:
- 2 nursery classes
- 6 primary classes
- 2 Language 2 classes
- 1 library
- 1 multipurpose motor skills room
- 1 infirmary
- 1 room for extracurricular activities
This facility can accommodate up to 8 classes (nursery and primary levels combined).

Since 2019, the secondary school levels have been hosted in the facilities of the Lycée International Lucie Aubrac, located at 13 rue de l’Industrie, Courbevoie.
In these brand-new facilities, built according to the latest environmental standards, the school benefits from:
- Classrooms, science labs, and art rooms
- Computer labs and multimedia carts
- A learning center (library)
- A multi-sports area and access to the Pompidou gymnasium
- A school nurse, a national education psychologist, a school doctor, and a social worker
- A student lounge and self-study rooms
In the 2024/2025 school year, the secondary school site hosts nearly 160 students across all sections.
